A weekend of two halves: shopping and cleaning; then catching up with friends. I need to tidy the garden too but the ground is too wet at the mo (and it's raining again).
May your teams win trophies – oh, or may be not in Chris' case :!:
it certainly wasn't expected, but that was more to do with expecting more from scotland (after their autumn showing), and them not really turning up to the game on saturday.
the old man that we were helping out isn't getting better. apparently, the medicine he was given has damaged his kidneys. i'm so sad...i feel like i'm going to throw up. you're trying to help...and the bad healthcare makes it worse. we gave him some more money and told him to go back to the doctor.
I almost went to FL in November, but my mum had a stroke and I had to go back to Switzerland. In fucking November. She's doing better now. Swiss healthcare FTW!
Also hello :!:
Also, it's Sunday and waaaay too cold here in SF. Yesterday it were swelterin', today it's 55F/13C and that's just not on.
...I've just been reading an essay about Winter and, apparently, some climatologists consider winter to be those months where the average temperature remains below 30ºF (-1.1ºC)! So this snow we're having here today, it's not winter :!:
good morning! i ate spaghetti with some tapatio hot sauce to turn it up a notch, but i turnt it up a bit too much so now my lips are tingling.
Also it's been windy the past two days (yesyes, windy city by the bay, stfu) so i haven't been able to enjoy my hellas hitler outdoor rug and i am grumpily researching plexiglass panels to attach to the balcony railing instead.

Wales did well at the weekend (and England of course )!
