    it's very cold this morning (means another sunny day) and my fire isn't being cooperative. someone sneaked a piece of green alder into the woodpile, and i stuck it it the stove in a sleepy haze.

    coffee's good, though.... and i have a leftover pork/jalapeño taco waiting for breakfast, so there's hope.
