theres a pale in edmonton alberta that does stuff like this... except with a camera strapped to a kid strapped to a snowboard told not to fall...... I prefer the dolly, much much better. make sit look professional instead of amature, no matter how the professional cam strapped to kid strapped to board people are.
i like the 'camera strapped to a rider' style stuff too, mind. it could work well intertwined with this kind of thing. i guess it's a sort of coming-of-age thing for skate photographers?
either that, or just some production company throwing a lot of money at it knowing that the lifestyle is worth a lot of money to them when selling stuff to the kids*
