1. Transmission - for torrents... all the kids videos:)
2. MPEG Modifier CL 1.4.4 - To convert packed bitstream videos to unpacked... requires MONO framework
3. BBEdit - THE Text Dditor
4. FF - THE Browser - with assortment of extensions to make life easier
5. DiskWarrior - For all those disk probs that may arise
6. Handbrake - DVD-ripping ultimate
7. VLC - Video viewer extraordinaire
8. Musorg - get mp3 tags right:)
9. IceClean - Clean the system and tweak it.
10. Terminal - To go under the hood... and irssi:)

    yes and for wax modeling too, very handy, they can be heated slightly.... i have several with different shapes, great for detail work.... or cleaning your fingernails.

    1. CD wallet with repair discs - DiskWarrior, OS X 10.4 and 10.3, OS 9, Windows XP, TechTool, Data Rescue, Knoppix, Ophcrack, and a few blank discs.
    2. AppleJack.
    3. Pocket knife.
    4. iTunes / iPod (For concentration, dammit. I'd get nothing done without music. :tongue: ).
    5. BBEdit + Transmit make a great team.
    6. Mail.app, for email.
    7. NetNewsWire, for learning more.
    8. Screwdriver + bits.
    9. Compressed air.
    10. Tape - mostly electrical and duct.

    And you know...I could still do without some of those, if need be. But, they're nice. :wink:

    I use mine for clay modeling. I have several shapes, but that is the only one I have ever really needed. All the other tools are useless.
