    Lemon juice, perhaps a sprinkle of sugar.

    Of course, our pancakes are crêpes, not the huge fat things covered in maple syrup and bacon that you guys eat for breakfast.

    shrove tuesday pancakes are the thinglish type, not the muffinfluff pancakes in truckstops. i like them both. :) i can usually only eat most of one fluffy, but can do my darnest to a stack of the flatties.

    actually, i have some mixture left in the fridge, so it's likely to become a batter for some squid later on.
