Chris Achilleos is the artist on fantasy book covers such as the Fiting Fantasy series by Ian Livingstone and Steve Jackson, he also has his own fantasy and other artwork in his obnline gallery - some nice stuff here.

    looks like he cant draw people unless he can hide the tricky bits with scales/armour
