I say fascinating, but tripped out. those might be the same thing in this instance.

    if you take it in context, it's yet another attempt to translate the LSD experience. that, and a deliberate attempt to shock and disturb the "straights". 1983.

    i think of it as yes, creepy, but another look inside psychedelic culture. :) i can see what might have influenced my parents.

    it's interesting to me that what Charles Dodgson meant when he wrote Alice In Wonderland (it's about math), and what people preferred to believe at that time (that it is about drugs and distortion) are so different. this is an exaggeration of the popular opinion.
