Interactive PDF?

Is it possible (with Acrobat 8 pro) to make an interactive PDF?

The first page of my pdf has a chart. I want people to click elements on the chart and jump to the associated page deeper in the pdf.

Anyone done something like this before?

    click the link tool and draw a 'hot spot' around your item in the table. Navigate to the correct page and set link. Done.

    Got. Thanks. This might save me a tiny bit of work if I can convince them to do this instead of flash....
