This url doesn't get me anywhere..Can you please post it again? I'd like to see the example. To see if an artist who draws in pen and ink and THEN scans in and makes it digital can play...
I'll be busy with a new baby soon, and other things prob until mid-late august if not September. but in light of other collaborations that should still fall fairly early in the timeline :P I'm sure once I dive into it I'll be able to complete it quickly though. if I'm a later link/last link that'd be cool with me. -w-
ps: I'm back!!!! (for about a week then ya, moving and baby and stuff....)
there will be a portion of the segment you are handed that you wont be allowed to touch (before the blend area) just so you know what you are doing, I'll update the diagram, or show it on the template.
Just so you can see what you are blending from ofcourse, the area will be the same size as the blend area so you can use 'half of that' in your design. It will all be clearly marked.
Let me know if there is anything you don't understand about this project, I'll be passing participants the template which you then pass back to me as completed work for me to compile, and send out the next template to the next person.
What does the first person attach their picture to? Wall pieces have a first and last shot only attached one way...no big deal because they are end pieces...but this is a cycle, seems to me the last and first pieces may need to collaborate a bit...if not you would run into the same problem you had with micks idea(having to wait until both pieces are done then mixing)
with thick wads of cotton wool, bubble wrap, oodles of sarcasm and buckets of one-upmanship.
urbansurgeon said...seems an easy fix assuming first entrant doesnt disappear to the amazon
no set order, we'll just go with who is ready at the time, will let you know when it's your turn. If your ready great, if not it'll go to somebody else.

What are we doing?
The line doesn't have to go straight through the segment from point a to point b. Take it on a journey, use the space you have and be creative.

thank you base, for pursuing the idea to something that can become very wonderful (is now, imo), and for the genius way it's organized.
