i love it.. Leibovitz has done her usual magic and revealed her subject's characters in the photos. Beckham looks dim. Scarlett looks immature and self-indulgent. Beyonce looks bratty and mean.
as i said, she's laughing all the way to the bank. her pics expose the underlying cheap fantasy mindset of the Disney corp and its chosen mannequins.
I don't sign that. When you intentionally make crap, it's just as good as unintentional crap.
But I get your point.
To me this is just a testament that skill & vision is worthless when you are ordered to do something unoriginal. Any half assed photographer could have done these. I doubt that annie was in such a need for money that she needed to do these. She is intelligent enough to do these for some reason, but it sure as hell is not visible in the pictures.
