I said earlier it was gonna be a good week and...earlier this afternoon driving along the broadway I encounter elderlyish chap stranded in middle of road trying to cross. To his right 20 meters or so was a pedestrian crossing and to his left maybe a little further a zebra crossing. So wTF is he doing in the middle of the road?
Usually I huff and puff at antiques performing such puzzling feats BUT as I focused on chaps face to give my usual "not impressed glare" I realised it was none other but Tom Wilkinson Hollywood A lister. Smiles exchanged and I cause a little traffic jam enabling him to cross.
Tom and I have previously crossed paths at Waitrose. At this rate it's on the cards we are gonna become bezzie mates and get matching tattoos
I have a new hire starting tomorrow, 4th in about as many months... boss won't pay good wages, no health care, yadda yadda... but also JFC some of the candidates have been truly thick as two short planks :!:

Slater I have a solution. Place ad at Hogwarts. Gain new recruits trust. Borrow wand. Say it was stolen. Then sack them and use wand to do all required for position. Invoice company. Keep money. Happy days
